AI Hackathon 2025: Innovation, Ethics & Global Collaboration in AI
I’m thrilled to announce that AI Hackathon 2025 has successfully wrapped up! In just under two months, our team brought together university students of Bangladesh, subject matter experts, and AI innovators to develop impactful solutions in healthcare, tech, environment, and policy.
The organizing team consisted of members living in Canada, the US, and Bangladesh, and it was organized 90% remotely, with only the final round being in-person.
A total of 102 teams registered and 8 finalists were chosen to develop prototypes for the final round.
In this blog I’ll be giving an overview of the event.
